UPDATE! I just heard back from Grant, via email.
(asking him about the lost orders).

THERE IS A HUGE BACKLOG because of a huge influx of ad specialty and bulk orders. They are using their current lines to fill all these bulk orders and are awaiting the shipment of 10 VORTEX machines. THATS RIGHT! 10!!!!
2 have been sold already, 3 will be used for GNGR production of small orders (such as the ones I placed) and the other 5 are pending sale once the PID automatic function is completed.

They are currently working on an almost $9000 bulk order of specialty chocolate bars for ..... $6.30/bar x 1400 bars

They are also going to be training others to use the VORTEX to they are able to meet demands.

Its a busy time for GNGR - but with this automatic feature for the VORTEX is great for sales!!
