i'm just trying not to get too excited... and trying to temper

my true thoughts on how high this could go....

i can guess the game plan:

after notice of effect...lets say on april 18

a prospectus is issued on ... lets say april 21

first pr from hdre on .. april 23 (introducing new mgmt & gscpe

mgmt)

2nd pr on apr 25.. issuing drop dead date of apr 30...

3rd pr on may 1... re: hdre plans (outside of grscpe) in order to prevent mass selling of hdre

1rst pr from greenscpe on may 5... announcing first trading day and starting price....

etc, etc, etc.....again, if another line of hopefully easy questions comes from sec... push back above dates 2 to 4 weeks
