Of course, Rajiv and I went to Kuala Lumpur and Penang and met the employees, toured the facility then met the Board of THG in Kuala Lumpur, once, not several times.

I met there Michelle Peake and also Cameron Denny who was CFO of Springhill. Also Met Kishar Birmani, the plant controller. Went there after Sorensen who had acted as the third party expert, as referred by Tsai.


Toured the facility, reviewed the books etc...

Said Campus is not an empty field, there is another biotech plant nearby that a private concern uses or used for animal testing and a third which vocation I cannot recall.
