Why would you mis-represent what I said?

I did not say, or suggest, that it is "encouraging" that CHLO misses the SEC deadline. I just reported the fact that they consistently miss the deadlines.

Like many Chinese stocks, they miss the filing deadlines. It's reality, and frankly if it is a big concern that a company must file on time, you may want to avoid investing in Chinese OTC companies.

If you are going to respond to my post, please do not mis-represent what I say.
