There are some MJ stocks incorporated in Colorado or have subsidiaries incorp in CO claiming to be in the MJ or MMJ business. However, it is my understanding that publicly traded companies cannot be a marijuana based business in CO. I've heard this from several sources. Which makes me wonder, is a sub of a publicly traded company also considered publicly traded or is it considered a private company owned by a public company?

Trading/investing without chart analysis is like bringing a knife to a gunfight.
