Expect this to widen considerably, they are all going to start dropping like flies. As many assumed PHOT was a Legit company due to having actual products, some for many years and their quotation on the OTCQB as an SEC filer. Turns out the public shell was nothing more than a scheme for money laundering and had nothing to do with building public business for shareholders. They were skimming the cash from share sales and insider transactions.

They tried to "Fix" their disclosure issues by filing 27 Form 4's in a 2 day period...lol.. Idiots, they just added more evidence against themselves in the process.
