I just don't get how the SEC allows "companies" with a clear pattern as mPhase to continue trading. I mean, just look at this page on the latest financial...



Being a development company, I would totally understand these numbers IF those figures sitting in that BS category of G&A were up in R&D.

Classifying that kind of money in a non-detailed general categorization just SCREAMS attention!

So basically, regardless of any kind of development or revenue (none, in most cases over the years), they continue to pay themselves very nicely...at shareholder's expense.
