Actually they are NOT reporting their financials. They haven't filed them since 11/19/13. And I appreciate your perspective but I have no idea at all if your opinion is actually a 100% fact.

I'm not being negative, I'm being realistic. This stock has NO BID. I'm not saying HYII is a stock trading at 100.00 with issues. This stock has NO BID. For a reason.

The bad luck for them is they are giving Billions and Billions and Billions of shares away for next to nothing. That's not bad luck, that's dumping. Plain and simple.
