Oh I believe there are way more problems than problems related to Form 4.

If only form 4 I believe the SEC would have given them a chance to fix it. but to suspend them. there is plenty more going on.

I did note one of the related party transactions was with VAPE - wonder if they are next?

Bill Chabaan from FITX appears to be whistling past the graveyard and making like it is no big deal. I really wondered about the valuation they came up with for RXNB - given Sam Alaweih had a massive recall of his products right around the time they were doing these deals. Couldn't believe that wouldn't have effected his client base - which was a big part of the deal. And the claim of all those patents seemed fishy as well - although Bill did produce about a half dozen of them of facebook - but they were actually only receipts for a provisional patent application - and they were done AFTER he claimed to have those patents.

Unfortunately it will be awhile before we know what the suspension involved and what other deals might be in question.
