I think more of an explanation is needed as to why the stocks listed under, "Other pot stocks on watch:" have been included in the StreetInsider article. Did they just pick some high profile pot stocks? (I can certainly think of a few that are much more fishy.) If so, then it is very irresponsible reporting as I'm not aware of any current investigations by the SEC for any of the companies listed.
