The "I have documentation that Serge solicited a bribe" quote originated from an email from Ms Green to Brosnick, Exhibit D Motion #2.

Without evidence to support that then I can't believe that to be accurate, would love to be proven wrong when that evidence is provided.

I should have been more specific regarding my remark of Green playing games. How about the whole back and forth of what Viropro is responsible to cover in terms of insurances, diesel, and security? Is Viropro responsible from this day forward or for all of the past due expenses as well.... I view that as playing games as Viropro is responsible for all of it's subsidiaries and should always have been.

Also, the remark from Ms Green stating that they trying to offer 8K in payment but it was rejected and not have any proof of that documented is absurd to me, seriously, your in litigation and something like that isn't documented after the judge ruled that Viropro cover the expenses. What did she think Brosnick and the judge would say? Games...
