that's because the truth is that the only two executives of SPNG illegally dumped 2 BILLION shares on the market. the proof has been provided repeatedly, if you choose to continue to ignore it, that's your choice.
The SEC merely assisted and protected those that were stealing from honest shareholders. They NEVER go after the real crooks.
