Maybe a Shell. For argument sake. Al could be transferring assets and IP to a privately held subsidiary in case of a hostile-takeover move by ARNA or Pfizer. This could allow MNKD to be poised and ready for a reverse triangular, or amalgamated merger. Thus protecting billions in assets, totally under the radar and without a shareholder vote. Hmmmm,....
