Busted a gut laughing at that one line of Conrad's:
"He’s referencing an agreement that he never signed. He can’t cancel an agreement that he’s never signed,”..."
Well, uh, gee, Conrad, doesn't that mean the BOD didn't need to NULLIFY it?
I mean, after all, if he didn't sign it, then there's NO agreement -- right?
And you don't need to go around nullifying agreements that don't exist -- right?
Does this remind anyone else of Conrad's performance at the shareholder meeting when someone asked about calmare instructors and Conrad just up and disappeared? It's okay, Conrad, they got tired of waiting and hung up!
Yeah, I think Giuseppe caught Conrad flatfooted on this one!
Now, if Conrad had just called and told Marineo about it, maybe they could have straightened things out and avoided the mudslinging! I mean, potential customers have to wonder if they might not find themselves being accused publicly of "trying to find a way to get paid beyond what’s...already been paid” or of "...trying to find a way to get a better deal” while at the same time someone is attempting to stab them in the back TWO YEARS after a deal had been made!
Way to go, Conrad!
