And still no 10-K...

Only five days left, Conrad.

I presume he knows that -- although based on current and past history, I have to wonder whether he knows much of anything hardly!

As to my persistence in pointing out the late filing, you have to understand that I was so looking forward to reading CTTC's 10-K!

After over six months of waiting for a few hours of mirth, it's frustrating that something from a company whose management consists of ONE employee and revenues hardly worth discussing, and whose annual report could practically be copied and pasted from any of the last 3-4 years, couldn't be delivered on time!

Pile onto that Conrad's further explorations into yet uncharted territories of ignorance and stupidity -- case in point, the recent Marineo controversy. Did Conrad even think to ask Marineo what he would do in consequence of CTTC nullifying the amendment?

Now Conrad has to run around and try to explain to investors and potential customers why his company has suddenly be relieved of essentially its only hope for the future. After all, you have to admit that it's a bit disheartening to see a headline like "Inventor of Calmare Scrambler Tries to Block Sales."

I must say, Conrad's negligence and lack of capability practically shames me to admit I share a species with him.

Even as it is, anymore no one else seems interested in talking about the device -- no one on any of the pain forums at least, no one on yahoo, etc. Now if they do talk, I guess they'll have to include a disclaimer saying CTTC is no longer authorized to represent or distribute the "scrambler."

I can't imagine what the people trying to make money off it are going to have to say about it -- probably wondering if they'll still be able to return it!

I can only hope that, ultimately, sufficient humor will spring forth from the late 10-K to justify the penalties CTTC has to pay the PIPE dealer and the miseries incurred from losing Marineo.
