If you factor in the reverse-split, in three years this has gone from an equivalent $5.50 a share to $0.07

Hopefully this can turn around, but the weekly chart shows where there is massive resistance. Should the stock decide to break out, and remain out of this downward path, I would expect a move to $0.25.

And whomever asked why not a public offering.... there is no appetite in the market for it as evidences by the ever declining stock price.

I'm done talking about this PIPE deal.
