My understanding of it is that you have a fight between big boys with way to much money trying to say I am going to have my way. Not sure - I got here because I liked SNTI; which Dr Frost decided should be part of his future, and he imposed his will on them by showering them with cash which allowed him to come away with a large percentage of ownership of it. They worked 16 years on thier product going hand out to hand out from shareholders and then he comes in at the end of long hard work and kind of takes over. From my view it looked like Dr Frost (and his investments) are going to get most of the rewards. As a minor shareholder it is fun to observe and bet on the fastest horse. LOL
