Rule_62, I totally agree that reports of possibility Guinea stripping Vale of the concession rights was and is the factor that turned the RED LIGHTS ON for Tullow. No way would they invest 100 mill$ in something that might be taken away from them if the hit oil.

I expect things to resolve soon, one way or another...

Talking about playing a rullete, right now HDY investors have 50/50 chance... its either black or red...
