IMPV big miss , recent big insider selling, bloated market cap

Imperva currently expects to report total revenue for the first quarter of 2014 in the range of $31.0 million to $31.5 million compared to the company’s prior guidance of total revenue in the range of $36.0 million to $37.0 million.

1.3 billion market cap for this 120mln annual revenue (at loss)
massive recent insider selling prior
no support till IPO price of 24$
