Seems to me the market has already dealt with the partnership. It was announced back in Oct 2013. And where has the pps gone? Guess market sees the value added to PRDL's financials and rewarded the pps appropriately. Its been dealt with. Next?

All the parnership gives us is access to more deals. Deals I wonder how they will fund.
