GLDG never did any R/S in history! The AS was increased to 1.5B shares from the previous 75M shares just a few months ago! The 10-Q on 11/14/2013 still showed 75M shares AS... Only the 10-Q filed on 02/14/2014 revealed 1.5B shares AS!
