We are short on details here. I have the same questions. There are some very confident people here but not forth coming with deeper answers to support their lofty claims about future PPS expectations.

I recommend caution until more details are provided. Expecting a PR sometime to bring us up to date or at least confirm if any LOI have truly been completed. I kind of doubt they will give the details needed to valuate the stock. May have to wait for next quarter financials to see how it affects bottom line more clearly. IMO

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
