One has to suppose that perception is reality to them, even if that perception is received through deception. Assuming the fins are anywhere close to true, a high asset to debt ratio should have propelled this thing. The addition of two mines (and presumably the doubling of mining capacity) should have propelled this thing. The fact that Andes is even producing any profit at all when other miners are merely exploring (whatever that really means) should have propelled this thing. And the recent rise in gold prices globally should have propelled this thing.
But nothing has. So, one wonders. Does Mr. Talbot release more pr's to the mix, whether they contain truth or mere rhetoric? That hasn't worked to date, either. By all appearance, one of the most solid mining pennies in captivity has fallen off everyone's radar, swallowed up by some silent earthquake that didn't even register on the Richter.
Strange times in a strange market. Makes one wonder what planet we're on.
