March 25, 2014 - AVEW Acquires Fantastic Pool Services

1. Fantastic Pool Service is the first acquisition that has been completed out of four proposed. In the next couple of days/weeks, we will hear more about the other 3 acquisitions. The first acquisition will benefit the company by adding repair and maintenance to their business operation. Currently, Fantastic Pool Service has seen a 100% increase in revenue along with 185% increase in customers.

March 21, 2014 - AVEW Announces New President + Other News

The company reported 2012 revenues of $1,979,967.00 and 2013 revenues of $1,770,000.00.

Future Expectations

Here are some of the events to look forward to in the future.

1. Being current with the state of Nevada along with reflection of name change. We are expecting this to be complete sometime before the end of this week.

2. Release of audited fins for Q4. CPA is currently finished and compiling the data. Expect to be released any day now, before week's end.

- April 2, 2014: "Our CPA is working on trying to finish our 4th Q fin. this week. Peak time of tax season not helping. Once done we will be filing with OTC."

- April 8, 2014: Annual submitted to OTC.

3. With release of audited fins, OTC will have them current and stop sign removed. Expect this to be completed by week's end.

4. In 4-6 months, AVEW plans to be uplisted to OTCQB

- OTC Market Update: OTCQB Requirements

- AVEW must march to .01 in order to fulfill their goal. Considering the communication from management and low share structure, this feat can be accomplished no problem within the time frame of their goal. Especially since they are also increasing revenue rapidly.

5. There are four acquisitions to be announced if and when completed. Currently 1 out of 4 have been revealed and completed. Unknown time for any releases.

6. Expansion outside the current region. Unknown details at this time.
