I have in the past and he told me on one occasion he was on schedule to open a plant in a couple months only to find out later he did not even have the equipment yet.
On another occasion he told me he had permits and plant was on schedule as PRed only to find out he didn't even own the land he was going to build on.

Maybe everything you say is true on the other hand maybe Gary is just a guy struggling to get a company going in the worst economic times since the Great depression.
It is true and maybe Gary is but why lie to shareholders?

I'll ask again, what has Gary said that has come true?

Gary has a public company. Why not tell shareholders the truth? What do yomean he can't defend himself? I say defend away, tell shareholders the truth but guess what? He hasn't, it's not my fault.
