Here is the link to the updated dtc resumption alert with the accompanying sec complaint. I read through it and the issue is with regard to DEG, who distributed unregistered shares of prpm and other publicly traded companies. From the way the complaint reads, prpm appears to be a victim and not a perpetrator. I see this as good news and additionally this goes back a few years ago so this doesn't bare accountability on the current management. I suggest all read the complaint so you all understand what is going on.
