I did dump my last shares after I saw this and before EOD on the 2nd, however as of that time I only had 11MIL left since I'd kept selling fearing the R/S, and saw that the Bid was shrinking steadily: by the time I sold there were only 17MIL left on the Bid so 6Mil less mine.
HOWEVER after it went no bid it did seem to pick up a bid again from people who were unaware of what was happening, so another 50MIL or so sales went through from what I could see.

That's just what I saw, your broker could give you more exact times and figures, and I don't have time or interest to go back and check exactly the time I sold. But I'm pretty sure people got stuck EOD.

It seems unethical to me that brokers could let people keep buying even after the R/S was announced: Scottrade in particular has become more picky of late in halting trading on certain stocks even when other brokers allow it (TDAmeritrade used to be the worst on that),
claiming possible problems with settling, and the T/A and protecting clients in cases of impending R/S or symbol change etc.
Yet VIZS slipped under their radar, no announcement there, nothing until the next day the trading was frozen and then became VIZSD.
