I have no better source than yours, TD Ameritrade confirms the figures when you type the ticker in but doesn't outline time of day, news or filings. I would be curious to know that anyone was able to dump shares within that time that it was filed and EOD...there may have been a mid-day halt. To the best of my knowledge, any company ..reporting or otherwise.. has the ability to split or reverse split or do pretty much anything else, so long as they work within the loopholes of SEC regulation... delayed filings and things like that. It's up to us to do our DD and decide if such companies are worth the risk.
