My guess is that there are many holders just waiting like me, and no one is willing to make a commitment and push the price up until they see something concrete and then off to the races. Activision's resources probably scare some investors and traders don't trade unless they see a market for a quick buck. The Markman will set the stage for any upward movement beyond the trading window that has been going on since I bought in in the .30's. JMHO
