NYBob: It sounds as though the cattle are creating a big problem, but if they have been ranching there for way over a century, the ranchers should get an attorney and sue the Federal Government. Also, I'd like to see the ASPCA or the Humane Society get involved to protect the cattle. The Federal idiots don't care about the animals.
