Doesn't IVFH have business model that overcomes this limitation and ensures high-end specialty foods/groceries directly sourced from the vendor?

It seems to me IVFH would be a perfect addition to Amazon's efforts in the wealthy communities on the West Coast? A no-brainer, it would appear.

With IVFH spearheading this new venture, AMZN could continue to use FedEx and the like without having to shrink/compromise their already nearly non-existent margins and business relationships?
