You want a lawsuit against the folks that kept shareholders in the game? Any other company that has went thru bk the shareholders get nothing! .0000000000 nothing. So I'm not sure how loud a judge would laugh at somebody that is suing because the people that kept shareholders alive aren't moving fast enough for some of the shareholders? Notice I said shareholders!! We are still in the game! Only my opinion but good luck with that one!
