Patients fellas-IMO the priority is becoming a reporting company with proper transparency to attract the correct capital that is structured best for the company and we shareholders.

The ability to raise funds is a very difficult situation for every junior minor out there and it doesn't matter who you are in the mining world or what country you hail from.

TNGL like any other junior minor outfit will have to have multiple discussions with different investment banks and groups to obtain what it is they are in search of.

I have strong support for management- Mr. Ashley has been in this field of work for many years and is successful.

Regarding the lack of PR's- IMO the company will update shareholders when indeed there is actually news-probably not until before. IMO Mr. Ashley doesn't strike me as a CEO who holds shareholders hands-he's more focused on more important matters. Which to be honest- is how it should be handled professionally and quietly behind the scenes. I'm not upset by the lack of PR's it's atypical and we on the outside as shareholders have to have patients and understand their corp. objectives they are up against and support them.

If you as a shareholder have never invested at this level in the OTC previously- you have to understand and let me fill you in here if I may. I have invested in these types of companies successfully and it takes time, patients and most importantly support your CEO and the company in their corp. objectives. It doesn't happen overnight-it easily takes months and frequently takes years for companies to grow their wings. I can not stress to my fellow shareholders that patients, understanding and support is key here to being a success at investing at this level.

If you do learn these basic tenements I outlined above...there is a strong possibility that you will be successful as well. When others sell because they get frustrated-you win sometimes at these types of companies with bright prospects. I speak from previous success personally and this company mirrors others that I have found before that went on to become great companies for long term investment.

You have to understand that this could become one of the largest and greatest iron ore mines in the world potentially. Like I mentioned above- the right capital is the most important not just any. But what precedes that in importance of priority is the company becomes a reporting entity to seal the deal first.

Be kind to Mr. Ashley I'm sure he's giving it his best...
