This is a development stage company, that does have some nice IP and it trades on the implications of its tech. They keep people reminded of those implications. This is a high risk stock and not all have the stomach for it. What is fluff pr to a stockholder is a potential attractor for new investors. I don't think they are fluffing to pump price so they can drive a Ferrari, they work with a university research lab in a relevant field in regards to the future of energy. Like it or leave it.
