Yes, SIOR is showing as 'revoked', but the company was at a low financial point at that time and 'chose' to take itself down for a while. You actually could/can still trade directly with other sharehldrs. When it went dark, it was at .o3.

During the last 14 months, it has gotten it's act together, partnered with DEVON on some drilling on some of our very lucrative acreage, and taken on some smaller private investors on some of those wells, that opportunity is open to anyone.
I think that the investors buy-in's start at 10k, on which-ever well you are interested in, if I had the 10k, I'd be buying in. I could use some royalty checks!

Anyway, we have had the occasional peek at the new website over the last week or two as they tested it out, and now this week, it's up and running.

There are rumors that we are looking at a possible 'end-of-summer' time frame for going live again. Those rumors are coming from shrhldrs that are in the 'Gushers Club' (who invested into a well).

Of course, like all of these pennies, don't believe it till you see it, but I'm beginning to get excited on this one.
