LOL...his salary is what....25% of the companies loss? If that seems fair after a 5000...that's right I made no mistake..not 50....not 500...not 1000....but 5000/1 R/S? Wonder where the money went? Like I said...at a shareholder mtg with a show of hands there isn't a person with a D avg and a pulse and could fog a mirror that would vote yes to that salary. Only if performance was met. 1.7 loss is not what I would call a value return for the salary paid.
