TRADING AMNE WITH SCOTTRADE

I phoned the national office this morning and asked about the AMNE status for placing orders as some brokerages are not allowing trades per information shared on our board.

The answer was that AMNE is trading thinly, not daily of course, and Scottrade would require a phone-in-order to be placed at no additional brokerage charge over the standard electronic fees on the trade. They would find out the current BID and ASK for placing the order.

I asked whether or not they would simply take an order to BUY or SELL at some fixed amount, my thought on 0.0001s or 0.0002s at this time, regardless of BID and ASK. The answer was yes and that as with any order it could remain open for the duration chosen by the trader.

I personally find this a bit interesting for a PINKY SHEET stock with such a dubious background. It suggests to me that there is no DTC Chill in effect and nothing prohibiting trading in AMNE. Historically I have found that Scottrade is very quick to put a freeze on trades anytime there is a failure with reconciling the shares or SEC/FINRA actions to cease trading. I have been trading pennies and subpennies with Scottrade for nearly 13 years.

While the intermittent trading of AMNE may not suggest that anything positive is ever going to happen here, we would only know that after the PPS has already responded to rumor and subsequent press release. I have no reason to suspect that AMNE is ever going to be more than what it is right now, less yes, but not more.

However, I do believe that the shell name American Green Group has value with the emerging MJ markets. For that reason I will retain several million shares on a long shot with expectations of losing it all either due to a cease trade or RS action. This is certainly not a suggestion nor recommendation for anyone else to invest. I just call it slot machine money! LOL
