Yes indeed, and 8k's are very cheap compared to dumping 75 BILLION shares on shareholder hyping a fantasy divvy they never intended to pay in the first place

of course share holders can always

call
write
email
or
visit the company website and ask the long gone management about the fantasy divvy?
