I never bought any shares yet. I just put in an order today to see if it would work and it did. If the order won't work it would have given me a restriction message. DTC chills are not enforced by all brokers all the time. Place a mock order for tomorrow and see what happens.

That being said I will be buying some tomorrow for a lotto play. I have no other reason to do so. These pinkies are all fake for the most part but they almost all have a fake run or two in their lifetimes.

Good luck to you. I have traded many securities that have a chill on them. Now a global lock is a different story.
