Here is some real DD:

FRTD and Parilla's history is spot on. Look at all the companies Parilla forked out big money, cough, to buy and produce revenues. Of course, one dollar of revenue would be more than FRTD's ever generated but I digress. Here is the impressive resume of companies FRTD has acquired:

Legacy Life Sciences,(better known as L2S)- Announced they had 5 FDA approved medical devices with HISTORICAL revenues ready to distribute worldwide. I'm sure the fact they sold nothing is just a formality.

Big Time Auctions, Inc- Acquired mid last year. Parilla announced 3 million in revenue by the end of 1st Q 2014. I'm not an auctioneer but Big Time holds a junk auction every Friday night for two hours. I'm kind of on the fence about selling enough antique butter churns to make 3 mil.

Smart Workout, Inc.- A small gym that advertises workout vacations with nightly tours of NYC. Elaine Platt is the CEO who made the agreement with FRTD to sell them 51% of the business. A month later she put an ad out on Craigslist looking for 1 million dollars in angel investors.

Nasorcap- Another FDA approved medical device that FRTD acquired. Steve and Joyce Derrick own the company. Not sure why this never panned out. I mean Steve Derrick does have one FDA approved medical device to sell. Just because it was approved in 1991 shouldn't be a reason for not selling any.

Primarq- 45% of nothing=nothing. Primarq has not launched. Better look for that 200 million somewhere else.

420cashcard- Parilla said it was successfully launched two weeks ago. Now it's not? LMAO

420banc- this one must have slipped Parilla's mind with all the visions of sugar plums dancing in his head.

MariMist- MariMedical Pharmaceuticals does not exist so producing anything is impossible.

VaporVites- Parilla never even mentioned a company producing this. Nothing here.
