The situation is very fishy, unlike most other companies that report to their shareholders on their website on a regular basis, these two characters are quietly doing whatever they like. The big question is what has happened to all money raised from selling shares before the 1st RS, after the 1st RS and now after the 2nd RS.

To be frank with you after the 2nd RS, I was joking that they might do another RS, however as time passes and they issue more shares in such a short time, the possibility of a 3rd RS which seemed like a joke, become more real. The only reason that they do their filing on a regular basis is to protect themselves and have the paper trail for the next RS, now the par value 0.0000000001 / share makes sense and why they chose it, such crooks. Well this is the trading environment, win some and lose some, it just hurts to be misled by crooks, one of the main reasons that they are and have been quiet is operating in stealth mode.
