When you weigh the press from the East with the Press from the West you get a sense of whats going on. It really is a Battle of the Haves and the Have-Nots. The Have-Nots have little leverage over the haves. The haves are using their power over the Have-Nots to bring foreign business and materials technology into their county.

2014 is an exciting year as both sides battle for access to materials and technology as we come out of this global slow-down. There is going to be a lot of money to be made as this deck is reshuffled.
