I agree this is a POS. However your DD on MMG is very different than what mine has discovered through actual lawsuits on Pacer.gov and the actual filings with the SOS of Delaware that I have read.

I have been following the exploits of MMG for over a decade and have been in several shells that they have come to be involved in

I don't typically invest in shell plays but sometime find myself with them. I own about 100 million shares of MMG shells presently that are showing some life as of late. I might get lucky and see some profits from them but more likely I won't.

I play pinks with real business and assets not P&D schemes.

I certainly understand good money can be made through them.
