Check with the Delaware SOS and you can see who signed the paperwork that increased the AS. You may be surprised who the preferred shareholder typically is.

I suspect MMG is far more than a marketing company.

It's not a coincidence that all of their stocks they represent fail with pretty much the same action.

R/M into a shell pump it with bogus news, increase the AS/OS and sell stock into the market while pumping crazy and abandon it.

If they were legit the odds would give them a success once in a while it at least one that didn't play out exactly like above.

Add in the same people are involved in many of the plays, how many CEO positions can one guy handle and they all turn out the same. Share dumped on the market and no capital for the business plan?

Believe what you want and I really don't care what they do but trying to defend them and make it sound like MMG has nothing to do with this pattern is a bit much IMHO.
