Hello Reefer Madness and Wave readers.
Below I am bringing another new company in the weed sector that is just moving back to the OTCBB with filings now.
This company is going into media and just came off an impressive year with there latest filing.
They are moving into media for the MMJ sector as well as shown in there latest news releases.

The price right now is at the .0011 breakout of the trips and set to move now toward the penny with more news and the update to the otcbb.
Also note they are an OTCBB stock and that means they will have to move the price to the penny the next month or so with news and new websites.

I do believe this is the same share structure as the VGPR which just hit the .006 this week on news.

The management is of the opinion that its current entry into the marijuana advertising space or a portal that will uniquely service that industry space is the driving force behind this sudden surge. (See news release State of the Union Address March 31 2014) KNSC expects to be in a position to release a preview of the portal as soon as the end of this week or the latest early next week. The launch of the site will follow shortly thereafter. The site will feature current marijuana news advertising space fir people in the industry and many medical uses and applications. The portal has been under development for quite some time and is quite elaborate. The Company currently employs 2 full time web master's as its CIT and SEO on the portal site alone.

- The Company will continue to operate its SparX Business Media Inc. (Sparx) division http://www.sparxbusinessmedia.com/

- Sparxstarted out as a start up company in 2013 and has since attracted lucrative contracts and customers in the energy, beverage and agro industry space.

- The Company intends to relocate its home office to China within the next 90 days. The area selected is the Hi Tech Zone in Nanchang China.

- Further to the Company news releases of July 2 2013 to August 14 2013 the management has relentlessly and vigorously sought out hyper growth industries, or ventures that have the potential to return the greatest value to our long term shareholders. Over the last 6 months the Company has been developing a media portal that will service the very lucrative marijuana industry. The portal is in its final stages of completion. The Company expects to launch the portal shortly. The Company foresees advertising revenues to be the main initial driving force. Other appropriate expansions of this marijuana division are planned.

- New management will soon be appointed for the 3 separate divisions of KNSC. One in China who will oversee China operations, of Sparx Asia, one in N America that will continue to focus on products and services offered by Sparx N America excluding marijuana portal and a SEO - Director specialist that will only focus on the marijuana portal.

- A new name change will soon be effective for KNSC to better reflect its current media business model.

- KNSCCorporate web site www.knsc.info will shortly be updated to reflect all aforementioned changes including the SEC filings which will follow shortly.

-Developing a cannabis information portal

-The development of Sparx Business Media (with a line of credit obtained by a preferred share holder)

-The company is now looking to do further business in China to enhance the existing portfolio of assets

-Seeking to acquire new business for both the cannabis portal and the Media business to further its growth and expand to other markets.

More importantly increased shareholder value by several 100 percentage points with aspirations and ambitions to continue on the same trajectory
