Two familiar names, Victor Farias and Matthew Marsineson, are related by their involvement in Integrity Aviation & Leasing LLC. a wholly owned operating division of Occidental Development Group. Mr. Farias being on the Board of Directors, and Mr. Marsineson being on the advisory board.

Recently to other poster's credit it was discovered that on the Nevada Secretary of State website, when viewing Global General Technologies entity actions (link 1), an amendment was passed on April 1, 2014 and furthermore when you click "return to entity details" at the bottom of this page it returns you to a profile of "Turbine Aviation, Inc."(link 2)

Moving along, it has been discovered that Mr. Morsenison is listed as the "related party" on an SEC form D that was filed under the company name of "Turbine Aviation Holdings". Interesting Note- Revenue of 5,000,000-25,000,000 was the box that was checked.

Now, looking back at the SEC form D from Mr. Morsineson, the phone number listed is that of "Turbine Engine Center" located in Medley, Florida.

I, personally, from the DD discovered am under the firm impression that GLGT is being used by the two men mentioned as a Reverse Merger for the companies with the name "Turbine Aviation". I hope this answers any questions anyone may have in regards to the relations between Mr. Farias and Mr. Morsenison, and GLGT and "Turbine Aviation"
