LOL... that the problem with CHLO, as the outstanding shares becomes fat and diluted because of convertible debenture conversion and dump into the float... As the company sits on their cash horde letting the debtholders dilute the stock.. I just can't understand the business plan here... Certainly doesn't seem to favor a shareholder.
