Hi, Pennypicker.

Enough of the past, how about the shrinking subsideries and the fact that 2 mil of the 5 million shares Harry traded were sold but no word about what it will used for?

You have a fondness for horror stories do you? frown

I found it hard to miss the disastrous state of finances when I first bought shares and had high hopes for ventures that were abortive, to put it extremely modestly, to overcome the obvious fix Cyclone was in without quick success.

I have no idea what the story is supposed to be about Harry's shares but even partially filling the monster hole in the stockholder's deficit would seem a matter of necessity without enormous dilution and subpenny status.

You may have noticed the 10-K has been delayed but will be out in a few days if Cyclone isn't looking for some bad hurt from the SEC. Could be some glimmers of hope there or further terrors like our oversized black German Shepherd could be unleashed. [Coal is not mean but he was abused and probably suffers PTSD. He can be frightening as hell to those that don't know him.]

Without any intention of boasting, I have had some considerable training in analyzing all sorts of accounting "magic" - most notably how to calculate the income of an illegal bordello when there are no books and the main participants are in the pokey and talk only to their lawyers [use the laundry bill said the expert who actually did it].

It is much more fun to undertake such a laborious task when one is not on the wrong end of the endeavor and then it is not wholly pleasurable.

Most of what I see passing for such analysis on message boards amounts to pointing with horror or glee to entries that are vaguely comprehended at best.

Given that, I will be glad to attempt to look at any particular item of concern that is pointed out even in an ocean of trouble.

Oh, the patent? Doesn't mean much until it is demonstrated or challenged in my experience.

Surely all is not lost if CYPW can quickly demonstrate at least a prototype in action but we need that - and soon IMHO.

Best, Terry
