2- the LAUNCH of PRIMARQ and (info of shares and potential dividend) - 45% stake- huge Revenues (200mil)

3- the LAUNCH of substantial share buyback programs totaling 250mil shares!

4- the LAUNCH of the FRTD- Discover Bail Bonds Debit Card - with est rev at $33 mil yr

4- the LAUNCH of at least 3Medical marijuana based products / MariMist and a hemp analgesic (use all over USA). Deals closed and huge dispensary distribution now in place!

5- ONE of the more transparent CEO and operations as they have POTENTIALLY "discovered" a unique and niche product that is now immediately needed in a burgeoning industry nationwide and expanded marketplace with this debit card deal with Discover Card.

6- Shareholder friendly now at 800mil o/s and NO NEED FOR DILUTION methods now - allowing for ORGANIC GROWTH so all shareholders can prosper along with their stock company as they SET INTO MOTION the aforementioned and substantial catalysts! Excellent Valuations with estimated revenues already known and with locked float - And share buy back program and retiring of 160 mil shares from old CEO- could potentially be over .20 pps. Imagine any further deals in motion or once we find out revenues from FRTD Discover card - it would obviously affect valuations northward.

7- ORGANIC GROWTH - LOCK THE FLOAT now way under 200mil shares. Under the radar GEM for a LONG time.
