Not sure what your point is on this. I am sure they bought those shares from the TA. If they were able to acquire them from TA without paying then that is even worse. RCCH dumped billions without pay? That didn't happen. That is not what SEC filing says.
What are you hoping to gain going in that direction away? They bought and sold billions if they "acquired" more than those and sold them then that is even worse for us. Let's hope it isn't worse than what SEC already established.

If no money changed hands do you really think Gene authorized giving billions away for nothing? Lets just keep it simple and stick to what the SEC found and is prosecuting. Gene sold, Gendarme ought, Gendarme sold.
